Loomis Property Management is a company that is in the business of renting upscale accommadations. No doubt you, like us, have arrived at a destination that was sorely short of what you had anticipated or how it was described. Our intent is to furnish the details on each property so that you know exactly what to expect with pictures to back each unit up. We have management staff that inspects each unit upon departure of a guest for any necessary up keep and inspects the unit prior to every arrival of guests to ensure the unit is appointed well, clean, and up to our standard.
We arrange for our guests to get into the unit via a key box just outside the front door. No need to make an extra stop at a property management office. The refridgerator will hold enough bottled water for how many people the unit sleeps to help hydrate you in the high altitude upon your arrival. A basket of goodies will greet every arriving guest party. We are happy to help with information you may need on restaurants, current activites, or anything else. In addition we offer several other services such as shopping, transportation, babysitting, and activity co-ordination at an additional cost. It is important to us that all our clients feel they get specialized attention taylored to their needs from the reservation process to check out.
We have owned propeties in and around the Park City area for over twelve years, the majority of those are nightly rentals. All the properties currently displayed are owned by us and we take pride in their appearance and upkeep. All the units have been remodeled by Loomis Construction LLC which is owned by my husband and me. His business mainly consists of building the very large custom homes in and around Park City but I like turning the very dated units here into places guests want to return to again and again.
